Deliveries and Returns
1) DELIVERIES
Order delivery time by destination:
In Portugal urgent delivery is made in 1 to 2 working days after shipment. Normal shipping between 3 to 4 working days after shipment.
International countries between 3 to 10 working days after shipment.
The shipping costs are free for Portugal in orders over 50€.
Other countries for orders over 150€.
2) RETURN BY WITHDRAWAL
The customer may, if not satisfied with the products supplied, return them within 30 calendar days of receipt. However, the right of return only occurs if the products
- Have not been used.
- The customer has the right to try them on to test the size and shape, but cannot use them.
- Retain the original features and the packaging is undamaged (carefully opened packaging will not be considered damaged).
- Are complete (i.e. both items in a pair must be returned).
- Have not been tampered with and retain the identification label.
3) EXCHANGE OR RETURN PROCEDURE

HOW TO PROCEDURE:
STEP 1: FILL OUT THE RETURN FORM:
- Please fill out the form.
STEP 2: PLACE THE ITEM AND THE FORM IN THE BOX
- Place the item and the completed form in a box. If possible, please also enclose a copy of the invoice. You can use the original packaging you received the order in or another cardboard box, provided it is not damaged. If you use the original packaging, empty it and put only the item you want to return.
- Close the box and seal it with tape.
STEP 3: SEND THE ARTICLE
- Send the article to the address indicated in the invoice (the cost of this shipping will be charged to the customer).
STEP 4: REFUND
After receiving and analyzing the product, the seller will proceed to return the amount in question by bank transfer.
